FiNad

Pre-made plasmids expressing FiNad, highly responsive sensor for NAD+/AXP ratio. FiNad mCherry fusion is ratiometric, pH insensitive varient, which is prefered for in vivo studies when pH fluctuations may occur.

For precise measurement of NAD level, it is very important and neccessary to use iNapc to correct the potential pH effects for live cell studies or in vitro studies.  We recommend customers to purchase iNapc together with your order of FiNad sensors.
