How to order the our reagents

FD Biotech (also known as FR Biotechnology) is the only authorized supplier to provide Pepper Reagents, such as HBC ligands, Mammalian expressing vectors, and Bacterial expressing vectors for Pepper Fluorescent RNA. By collaboration with Provoson, FD Biotech also provide popular genetically encoded sensor products.  Customers can order products in the following ways.

Customers outside the Chinese mainland:

Please order these reagents through email. Please make sure to state the preferred methods of payment in your email. For customers outside China, we currently accept payment by bank wire transfer, or by Paypal, which allows to charge from your credit cards or bank cards.

For order through email and pay by wire transfer:

1. Please send us an email specifying the name and the quantity of the reagents, your billing address and shipping address. Please indicate that you prefer to pay by wire transfer in the email.
2. We will send you an invoice with our bank account information.
3. Pay by the bank wire transfer, and notify our sales representative by email when it is done.

For order through email and pay by Paypal:

1. Please send us an email specifying the name and the quantity of the reagents, your billing address and shipping address. Please indicate that you prefer to pay by Paypal.
2. We will send you an invoice through Paypal web service.
3. Pay the invoice following Paypal instructions.

Please follow below steps to complete the transaction.

1. Browse the online store, add items that you are interested in to the cart.
2. Click “Check Out” shown on the bottom right
3. Fill in your contact info and shipping to address, and click “continue to shipping” on the bottom left.
4. Select your shipping address and method, and click “continue to payment” on the bottom left.
5. Fill in your Billing address.
6. Click the “Complete order” on the bottom left. You will be redirected to PayPal website to complete your purchase securely.

Customers on the Chinese Mainland:
